Hi, I'm Niraj — 26 · Ahmedabad

I build things that move the world a little forward.

Companies, products, electric vehicles, AI tools, brand systems — and Hindi poetry on the side. I started at 10, on a computer I wasn't supposed to touch. I haven't really stopped since.

Today I run three companies, lead 20+ humans, write code, ride bikes, and lift my own bodyweight at sunrise.

The origin

A kid from a small home who refused to wait his turn.

My family couldn't afford much. When my father finally bought a computer, it was for my elder brother. I was 10, told to stay away from it. I didn't.

By 12 I was selling bootable Windows DVDs at mobile-repair stalls — my first money. By 13 I stopped taking pocket money. At 14 I won the Gujarat Science Fair and got my first newspaper page.

I picked Automotive Engineering over CS at 16 — a car is a moving box of every technology. In college, my team built India's #1 ranked electric vehicle. Founded my first firm at 17. Started writing Hindi poetry at 18, still publishing.

The arc · 16 years compressed

From 10 years old to three companies.

Each dot is a real moment — not a flex, just the path that compounded.

10

Touched the family's first computer — bought for my brother, off-limits to me. Taught myself by breaking and rebuilding it.

12

Burned bootable Windows DVDs and sold them at mobile-repair stalls. My first money.

13

Stopped taking pocket money from my parents.

14

Won the Gujarat Science Fair with a working generator — and saw my name in print for the first time.

16

Chose Automotive Engineering over CS — a car is a moving box of every technology.

17

Founded my first firm, Uminber Designs.

18

Started writing Hindi poetry. Tech and art, same hands — still publishing.

College

Led the team that built India's #1 ranked electric vehicle.

22

Co-directed Swap Automotive; built the workshop in 2023.

25

Co-founded Corp8 AI and incorporated Corpeight Labs — ₹25 L angel from RR Raval.

26

Three companies, thirteen brands, 20+ people. Now raising for Corp8 AI.

Ventures

Three companies. Built to compound.

A holding architecture across design, mobility, and AI — with a profitable services entity at the base that funds it all.

Uminber Designs

The cash-flow engine

A multi-disciplinary studio — software, AI, IoT, mechanical CAD, branding and design systems. 60+ engagements across 8 sectors. Profitable, and the entity that funds the venture bench.

Swap Automotive

The operating company

Electric-vehicle conversion and mobility engineering. Own workshop built in 2023, multi-year AMC engagements, and the operating arm for client contracts in mobility.

Corpeight Labs · Corp8 AI

The innovation parent

Holding + innovation company behind Corp8 AI — building Shodh (AI workspace for teams) and Prime AI (on-prem AI for regulated industries). ₹25 L angel raised from RR Raval. The only open raise.

What I've built.

Real things shipped — full electric vehicles, multi-portal SaaS platforms, RAG products, brand systems, IoT for heavy industry. A snapshot.

By the numbers

What 16 years of compounding looks like.

Not the polished version. The actual numbers — capability spread, sectors served, software fluency.

How I think · operating principles

Four mental models that compound across companies.

Not abstract philosophy — these are how decisions actually get made when there's no playbook for what comes next.

Expand your surface area

I chose Automotive over CS on purpose — a car is a moving box of every technology. More surface area means more places where ideas collide and compound.

Ship to learn

Nothing teaches like a deadline and a real user. I'd rather ship a rough v1 and learn than polish a plan that never meets reality.

Profit funds the bench

A profitable services studio at the base lets the riskier ventures stay capital-efficient and patient. Cash flow buys optionality.

Build holdings, not one-offs

Three companies and thirteen brands under one architecture — each compounds the others through shared talent, tooling and trust.

Beyond tech

Builder. But not only of code.

I don't believe in single-track lives. Renaissance was never about scholarship alone — it was about a complete human. Mind, hands, body, art.

Strength

Strength

Lifting my own bodyweight at sunrise. The body is the first system you have to keep running.

Riding

Riding

Long rides to clear the head — the best ideas arrive somewhere between gears.

Philosophy

Philosophy

Reading widely — the Renaissance standard was a complete human, not a single track.

Hindi poetry

Hindi poetry

Published verses my grandmother would understand. Tech and art, same hands.

Credentials & recognition

Government-validated. Institutionally backed.

Now raising
